Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and weather conditions on the date of sailing.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking.
Balance Payment: Balance of booking to be paid in full 14 days prior to departure.



By Client:
We require a minimum of 30 days notice in writing if a confirmed booking is to be cancelled. If a confirmed booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the charter date a 20% cancellation fee will apply.If a confirmed booking is cancelled between 14 and 29 days before the charter date a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If a confirmed booking is cancelled or amended 14 days of less before the charter date the full value of the charter will apply as the cancelation fee

By Charter Operator:
In the unlikely event, we are forced to cancel the trip due to extreme weather, COVID 19 or other circumstances, we will contact you to advise of any risk of cancellation/postponement.

If it is not possible for the charter operator to fulfil your charter on your charter date, we will: Contact you with an alternative vessel or look to reschedule for an alternative date. If an alternative vessel or date cannot be arranged, you may be entitled to a full refund.


Amendments to Confirmed Bookings

All changes are subject to the availability of new dates. Any changes to a confirmed booking after the deposit is paid may incur additional costs subject to charter operator conditions.
